Some basic fraction questions?

for number two, you try to find the least common denominator. For example, 3/4 + 6/8. 4 is the least common denominator and youd have to divide the 6 and the 8 by 2 to get 4 as the denominator. 6/8 divided by 2 is 3/4. so 3/4 + 3/4 is 1 1/2. It might take a while but if you take your time, you'll get it.
