Husband trading restraining order against me and the kids for $100000?

In our divorce my husband is offering to remove the restraining order he got against me and the kids, if I let him keep 100K of property. Ever heard of anything like this! Should I let him do it? He got the restraining orders by default, and slandered our names with them. I'd like them gone - but is this ethical? I've thought of going back to the restraining order judge and trying to get them removed directly but I'm quite scared of trying. There was no justification for them but he perjured himself and the court believed him (said the children slashed his tires when they were in another state!). Should I go ahead and give up the house if he will have these restraining orders removed?
