Is it possible to study undergraduate engineering in Norway?

I have completed diploma in Marine Engineering duration of four years from Bangladesh..Now i am interest to complete my Bachelor degree in Norway in Machanical or Machtronics or Petrolium Engineering,.I have 6.0 in IELTS. in this situation it would be possible for me to study in Norway in my said subject?
