People who dont conserve energy during the earth hour?

every1 knows tat the temperature is rising every yr and we had tis earth hour to remind us tat we should at least reduce our daily usage on electricity...i'm just tinking tat during tis 1 hour period,some of us may just ignore tis and continue their daily routine...shouldnt we as a nation come together to switch off our lights,tv,computer...well at least we should do our part and not treat this ONE hour as trivial matter.I know that its impossible to have the whole place to be in complete darkness,especially not in hospital and chruches..but at least we should observe every household to switch off their lights(the minimum).now,in my own personal view to those who is relunctant to do so,i hope that the electricity used during that 1 hour period only will be increased by twice or thrice...(it's kind of a fine or punishment) so tat ppl can finally realised that it's really important that we should do our part in conserving the energy...what r all your views and methods to encourage more ppl to participate in this kind of event???
