Is he just a friend or more than that?

I met this guy 2-3 months before. He was the organiser of power point presentation competition in my collage.We both are in same stream of engg. He is BE and I am in SE. We meet everyday. He waits for my bus to come everyday and till then he leaves all the buses he can take up. For this every day he has to leave at least 3 buses. When I asked him that do you do this for every friend of yours, he didn't give me a satisfactory answer. He says that he don't want want to be in a relationship right now again and again. His friends are very generous to me. And every body from BE looks at me when I am ping through the corridor. All his friends take very much care of me when he is not around. He teases me and bugs me almost all the time. I think I like him. But does he like me??? Please tell me
