What kind of pot can I use for cooking pork rinds commercially?

I am interested in cooking pork rinds commercially at fairs, special event and more. I have done my research and also watched others doing it but now I cannot find the proper equipment. I would like some sort of "tub" like that I can place ontop of one of the propane outdoor cookers,,,Does anyone have any ideas of what I can use and where I might be able to find it? Thanks a ton for anyones istance.
