What would u buy a 89 year old woman for her birthday???

I need something that her grandkids will not want to use or wear because everytime she gets gifts her 30 yr old granddaughter goes and say can have this and she says yes and then she's left with nothing.. she nice like that and feels like she can't say no.. so i need a gift that her granddaughter will not want.
