Does a navy blue and silver scarf look ok with black boots?

I'm getting my clothes ready and I want to know if this outfit sounds ok? Jeans tucked into black flat suede boots, a white shirt that is a thin material, it's not formal or anything, and an AE scarf i bought that is navy blue with some silver lines and details. Please help!
