Anyone actually looking forward to labour!?

im not pregnant at the moment but with my daughter i was looking forward to labour i wasnt scared like most of the mums i was excited and everyone thought i was mad! i had a good labour and birth which im really chuffed about, i had pethedine and gas and air towards the end and like you needed stitches which i used most of the gas and air for! they were definately more painful than the birth itself. were planning on trying for another baby after christmas and im really looking forward to doing it all over again. congrats on the new baby and good luck!
