Will Microsoft overtake Apple?

I've seen the new Apple stuff about having Boot Camp and the ability to run Microsoft Windows while Microsoft is not doing anything the same as Apple. So is Apple doing this because they are going bankruptcy , or is it the first step that will lead to Microsoft purchasing or owing Apple?
