How will I know if my processor is faster than others?

My present processor (Intel Pentium 4) has a frequency of 3.0 Ghz and i dont know it's FSB and also, the compatible FSB for my motherboard. I know that my processor is rotten, but i just want to know how to find my FSB frequency not using google but just PC wizard or CPU-Z..
