Do you think Monta Ellis is one of the top 15 players in the NBA?

Hes putting up great numbers, but I think its part of the good player on a bad team thing. I like Monta, but I think his numbers are a little inflated due to the fact that the Warriors have had so many injuries and what not. What do you think?
