Can zombies open doors?

In the real world, we don't worry about zombies. Except the rum drink. You should worry about that. Especially if you plan on driving. I am not sure what goes in a zombie, but I thought I tasted at least two different kinds of rum and maybe turpentine? Seriously... paint thinner? It did a number on the inside my tummy.
